How fast will I get my selected toys?

Our shipping points allow us to provide nearly 90% of our members with delivery of their selections within about five business days following shipment.

What if we want to keep one or more toys?

If your special someone falls in love with a toy or item, just log into your account and visit your toy chest. Select the toy or item you would like to purchase and follow the prompts. You are able to purchase items at below retail price.

Is it safe to order from rentAtoy?

Absolutely! Every page in the rentAtoy online subscription process that request credit card information uses 128-bit encryption. 128-bit encryption renders information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of subscribing to our program. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

What happens if we lose pieces, damage or break a toy?

If you lose pieces, damage or break toys, we will never charge you more than the wholesale cost to replace the toy or missing piece. In order to be billed for the wholesale cost, the items must be returned in your return shipment. We understand the normal wear and tear of toy use and take that into consideration when billing for discrepancies. All charges to your account will be made in the next billing cycle.

If you should happen to find the missing pieces to one of your toys under the bed or in between the couch cushions, you have until your next return shipment to send back the missing pieces along with the toy. You will receive credit on your account at that time.

If you wish to keep the toy, simply log in to your toy chest and click the green "Buy Now" button and your account will be charged.

What happens if I receive a damaged toy?

Report all damages and or shipping discrepancies within 72 hours to: memberservices@rentAtoy.com

Do I have to renew my subscription every time?

Don't Worry! We take care of it for you. At the end of your subscription term, we will automatically renew your membership. This means worry-free playtime for you and your family.

Can I cancel subscription at anytime?

If you should want to cancel your membership, you may do it at any time within your subscription term (contract length). Because we automatically renew your membership at the end of your subscription term, your cancellation request must be received prior to the end date. Your membership will end upon the last month of your agreed subscription term. You will receive a cancellation confirmation at the end of your subscription. You will have 15 business days to return the toys. If you do, however, choose to keep the toys, you will be charged the rentAtoy member purchase price for all toys remaining in your possession.
